If you have ever tried to make maple syrup, you'll find it hilarious. But, then again, you might cry as you're reminded of all the time and money involved.

Welcome to this blog about making maple syrup. Up here in New England, we are surrounded by sugar maples, but only a small percentage are tapped each year.
